Meet Our Team

At Hollis Family Dental we strive to assist patients with maintaining healthy, beautiful smiles. Our team creates a welcoming environment where patients can expect high-quality care. Above all, It is our desire that each patient leaves feeling healthy and confident about their smile.

Dr. Weston Hollis is a native to Arizona and was born and raised in Mesa. He graduated from Mountain View High School in 2007. After high school he served a 2-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Portland, Oregon.

He then went on to graduate from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. Weston then attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He then joined the practice at Hollis Family Dental and enjoys working with his father Craig. Dr. Hollis has also worked at several different offices working primarily with children.

Dr. Weston Hollis and his sweet wife Lauren have three wonderful children. He loves the outdoors and enjoys volleyball, hiking, camping, biking and swimming. He has a long history in service and volunteerism efforts and enjoys dental mission trips and local community outreach. With a love of travel and service he hopes to continue being involved in community outreach programs here in Arizona and other parts of the world.

Dr. Hollis was born in Whittier, California and raised in beautiful San Diego. At 19 he served a 2-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in New England. After his mission, he attended Brigham Young University where in his senior year he met his wife Michelle.

Dr. Hollis and Michelle have four children: Parker, Heather, Weston, and Andrew and have five grandchildren. Dr. Hollis attended University of the Pacific Dental School where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. He then set up practice in Mesa, Arizona where he has been serving the valley for over 38 years.

Dr. Hollis loves the outdoors and his favorite activities are scuba diving, hiking, and snow skiing with his wife and kids. Dr. Hollis has a gentle demeanor and enjoys his senior and winter visitor patients who return each year to enjoy the beautiful weather. Dr. Hollis is committed to quality care and operates his practice with honesty and integrity.

Dondi Molesworth, our office manager, has worked for Dr. Hollis for over 20 years.

She was born in Canada but grew up in the Santa Barbara area. Dondi has been in the valley for 36+ years. She is married to Scott & together they have 4 children and 7 grandchildren.

When she’s not working, she loves watching her kids and grandkids in their sporting events, working out, and having date nights with her husband.

Karen

Front Office Team Member

Karen was born and raised in New Mexico. She joined the Hollis Family Dental team in 2020.

Karen enjoys working with teeth, eating New Mexican food, and being in the outdoors. Karen has been in the dental world for over 40 years. Karen has one daughter Casey.

Jodi originally started working with Dr. Craig Hollis nearly 20 years ago!

She worked for Dr. Weston Hollis as an assistant and recently rejoined the team as a dental hygienist.

She is an Arizona native and has two adorable children.

Paige has worked as a dental hygienist for the past seven years and has worked for Dr. Hollis the majority of that time.

In addition to being a hygienist, Paige is a wife and mother of three lively children.

Paige is an Arizonan through and through and loves warm weather and trying all the delicious restaurants this state has to offer. She also enjoys pursuing her many hobbies.

DENTAL HYGENIST

Camille joined the Hollis Family Dental Team in 2020. She has been a welcome addition to our team and takes great care of our patients dental needs.

DENTAL Assistant

Melissa joined the Hollis Family Dental Team in 2022. She has three kids and enjoys running and spending time with her family.
